Handling Ombudsman cases, sharing of self contained note along with relevant papers and appropriate representation and co- ordination with the office of the Ombudsman, also regular updation on the ECOI portal
Litigation Management, tracking and sharing inputs /documents with the external advocates, for effective handling of cases; Handling of Consumer Litigation and regular Co-ordination with advocates; for sharing of case facts, case papers, briefing, vetting and drafting of replies and regular follow ups and compliance of Orders
To provide legal advice on queries and opinion on claims cases raised by the stakeholders with a view to safeguard the Companys rights/ Interests;
Advise internal team on legal pronouncements/developments with special reference to rulings by the courts/forums;
Track, Comprehend and implement new requirements/ pronouncements by judicial/quasi judicial authorities;
Representations before judicial/quasi judicial forums along with the external counsel, wherever required.
Drafting of Written statements, Reply to the legal notices, collation of inputs, etc.
Data Management by Gathering & collating data for MIS and providing regular updates including Record keeping and updation in litigation software
Qualification - Law Graduate with min 4 years of experience
In depth knowledge of Procedural Law (CPC & CrPC), Insurance Laws, Redressal public grievance and other applicable laws/regulations.
